Ethel Hunter Obituary
our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Bug joined the love of her life, husband W.A. Hunter, Sr. on March 4, 2021 at the age of 98 yrs.
Bug will always be remembered by her family for her love and devotion to them. In her last years, Bug loved nurturing her roses, feeding the birds and other critters that wandered into her yard, and whistling to her bird, Tweety. One of her favorite days of the year was April 1, the day of her birth, as she never missed the chance to play "April Fool's" jokes on all who wished her a happy birthday.
Bug was preceded in death by her husband, son David; daughter, Dawn; daughter-in-law, Annette; and grandson, Wade. Bug is survived by her daughter, Billie Anne; son, Bill, Jr.; grandchildren, Will (Yvonne), Wyatt, and David (Danielle); and great-grandchildren, Macey, Addison, and Mia; and niece, Valerie.
Private Graveside services will be held Friday, March 12, 2021, 1:30 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM.
