Ethel Faye Tigue, age 63, of Kirby, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025.
She was born on March 10, 1962, in Batesville. She was the daughter of Dewey Mackensie James and Mary Elain Kunkel James. She is preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Delos James, Norman C. James, George Newtown James, Joey Conway, Vernal Kunkel, and Tommy Lee James; and her grandparents George and Adeline James and John and Altie Kunkle.
Faye was Baptist in her faith. She worked for Petit Jean Poultry and later on at the Majestic Hotel. She loved being around her friends and family, shopping, and traveling. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband, Gene Tigue; her two sons, John Tigue and Gene Tigue; her mother-in-law, Liz See; her favorite sister-in-law, Lucille James; and many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home- Glenwood.
