Aunt Ramona, I love you and Uncle Gene and I will miss him more than I can say. I am gratefull I was able to see the two of you in December and thank you for all the great things the two of you have done for me.

To the entire Horres Family: My thoughts and prayers go out to you at this difficult time. When I think of him, I think of his zest for life and the love he had for his family...and the great love and respect he had from his family. He was a wonderful person surrounded by equally wonderful people. Love to you all.

I was so sorry to hearing of the passing of Uncle Gene. My father, Aubrey Horres, always spoke so highly of him. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Uncle Gene was the most interesting uncle a little boy could have. With his stories, inventions, musical talent, and excitement for life it was always exciting to visit his house. A special man that will be missed.

Great memories at Ethel Horres' house on Bull Street with all the Horreses at Sunday Dinner. Now Ethel has all her children again. Uncle Gene will be missed. The last great man of that great Horres generation.

Ramona I am so sorry to hear about Gene. I will always remember you renting office space to my Mother Dorma B. Trout, Realtor. Also, I will always remember your youngest son being born on the same day, same hospital as my oldest son, Tommy. Time ceretainly hasgone by fast and I have so many fond memories of you and Gene.
