Eugene McCarthy Obituary
Eugene “Chip” McCarthy, a long time resident of Dedham, died Sunday, March 16, 2025. Eugene was born in Norwood, Massachusetts, October 14, 1957, son of the late Eugene McCarthy and Patricia (Kilduff) McCarthy. He grew up in Dedham and attended Dedham high school. Eugene is survived by his longtime partner Donna (Amos) Berry. He is also survived by his brother, Kevin McCarthy, his sister Linda McCarthy, and his late sister, Cheryl McCarthy. Eugene was the loving father of his son Andrew McCarthy, and his late daughter, Taylor McCarthy. His celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 18 2025 at Folsom funeral home, 87 Milton Street Dedham, MA between 4:00 - 6:00 pm followed by a reception at the American Legion 6:30 - 9:30 pm.
