Winlow and Marian Heard

February 12, 2026

Gene was a terrific co-worker (with Winlow) at the General Services Administration. They became good friends and kept in touch over the years! The Heards visited the McKenna's in VA and the four friends reviewed the amenities of their new home, great golf stories, their hobbies and other fun memories.
His love for his wife (who was affectionately called Kay ) and his family was a wonderful example. At home or at work, Gene was a leader and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Our sincere sympathy to his family. We hope that you will find comfort in your fond memories.
