To the entire family.... condolences to all of you for your great loss. Mr. Gene was such a gentle man.....and a man of greatness. In his quiet and respectful manner, his words were mighty and lasting. I will forever remember the day he knocked on our door during Sunday School and asked to speak to me.... and proceeded to ever so gently ask if I would play the piano some during church. That "some" started when I was only 13 and shaped my future in music. Thank you Mr Gene for believing in me. God bless you.
