Eugene O'Reilly Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory (43rd St. Chapel) - Bradenton on Jan. 15, 2026.
Eugene Phillip O'Reilly passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early morning on January 10th, 2026. His final days were spent surrounded by family. Eugene loved fishing in the Manatee River, listening to Christy Moore, and watching old war documentaries. He was extremely handy and enjoyed renovating the various homes he's lived in throughout the years. In his younger years, he worked in landscaping and was always excited to show off the houses he had worked on while driving through Bradenton. He also dedicated many years of his life to Tropicana, where he developed the deepest tan, any Irishman has ever seen. One of Eugene's greatest loves was his hometown of Dublin, Ireland, where he will be laid to rest. Eugene is survived by his three children: Sydney, Conor, and Sean, and his six siblings: Marion, Bernie, Patricia, Bob, Christy, and Ellen.
A service will be held on Sunday, January 18th at 12pm to honor Eugene at Brown & Sons Funeral Home, located at 604 43rd St W, Bradenton FL.
