Eugene Dowell Scott

Gene Scott was one of the nicest people I have ever known. I met Gene in 2005 when I worked for the Gwinnett County CID and we became instant friends. The following year I broke my foot & leg while hiking with my dog and I was in a wheelchair because of complications. Gene asked me to go to lunch but I told him I couldn't because I was in a wheelchair so he came over and pushed me in the wheelchair. We went to Red Lobster (and I LOVE those biscuits) and Gene said he had never seen anyone so little eat that many biscuits. I think of Gene every time I see a Red Lobster and I smile as I remember him. I miss my dear friend but I know I will see him again in heaven.
