Eugenia Virvescu, age 94, passed away peacefully on November 22, surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Bal i, Moldova, Eugenia carried with her the rich traditions, strength, and warmth of her heritage throughout her life.

A devoted mother, she is survived by her two daughters, her five grandchildren, and her nine great-grandchildren, each one adored and held close to her heart. Family was the center of her world. She found her greatest joy in being surrounded by loved ones, cooking cherished meals, knitting with care, and expressing her natural elegance and grace.

Eugenia was a beautiful woman inside and out. She was known for her kindness, generosity, and the gentleness she extended to everyone around her. Her home was a place of comfort, tradition, and unconditional love. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, resilience, and faith that will continue to guide her family for generations.

As an Orthodox Christian, her faith was a quiet but steady light in her life. We remember her with the words of Scripture:

"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want… and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." - Psalm 23

Eugenia will be deeply missed, but her memory will remain eternal in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
