Eula Ward Obituary
She was born to Willie and Eunice Dixon of Rosston, Arkansas.
Mrs. Ward was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Hugh F. Ward, her daughter Sheila Adams, her sisters Estalline Martin and Shirley Dixon, her two brothers John Dixon and Bill Ed Dixon, and her great-grandson Jeremy Fortner.
She is survived by her daughter, Liz Lewis and husband Bill; her son Mike Ward and daughter-in-law Mona Ward; and her two grandchildren that she raised as her own, Teresa Barton and Michael Adams. Her sister Nelwyn Jetton of Louisiana. She was truly loved and will be missed by her 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 32 great-great grandchildren, and one 3x great-granddaughter; as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
The family would also like to extend a sincere 'Thank You' to all of the staff at Heather Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation for the care they took of Mrs. Eula Ward and for the compassion they have always shown during her many years there.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home- Hope.
Burial will follow at Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service from 1:00- 2:00 PM.
