Eulah “Joyce” Livingston, 77, of Bidwell, Ohio, passed away Monday, November 24, 2025, in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. Joyce was born in Rio Grande, Ohio, November 2, 1948, to the late Clyde and Eulah Mae (Donahoe) Mount. She married the love of her life, Darrell Leroy Livingston, December 6, 1971, and together they shared fifty years of marriage before he preceded her in death November 2, 2022.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and devoted Christian holding a membership at Deer Creek Free Will Baptist Church in Vinton, Ohio. She loved her flower garden and roses, which she took great pride in.
Joyce will be deeply missed by sons, Darren Livingston, Ironton, Ohio and Shawn (Paula) Livingston, Thurman, Ohio; grandchildren: Katrina (Adam) McMillian, Xavier Livingston, Kirsten Livingston, Austin (Akira) Livingston, Bryce Livingston, Tyler (Ruby) Ebert, Sam (Gia) Livingston and Brianna Livingston as well as great-grandchildren Jace, Alaric, Elijah, Apollo, and Theo.
Also left to cherish her memory are brother, Norman (Shirley) Mount and sister, Anna (Jim) Mitchell and sister-in-law, Freda Mount.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded by son, Eric Livingston and brothers, Richard Mount and Lester Mount.
Private Funeral services will be held with burial to follow in the Vinton Memorial Park, Vinton, Ohio.
The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, is honored to serve the Livingston Family in their time of need.
