Eunice Rita Robinson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eunice Rita Hayes Robinson, 78, of Dowling Park, FL, who went to be with her Lord on July 06, 2025.

Born on April 13, 1947, in Americus, GA, to the late John Stanford Hayes and Eunice Marvine Thacker Hayes. She grew up and went to school in Jasper, Florida where she helped at her family's Bar-B-Que restaurant, "Stanley's Bar-B-Q."

Rita became an Army wife and lived in numerous places such as Louisiana, Maryland, Alabama, Georgia, Hawaii, and Germany.

She is preceded in death by her son John F. Robinson and her brother John Stanley Hayes.

Rita is survived by her son Marko A. Robinson of Atlanta, GA; three sisters, Bobbie Hayes Barry (Steve), Lawrenceville, GA; Gail Hayes Sloat (Bud), Quincy, FL., and Jane Hayes Stuessy (Rob), Sheridan, Wyoming; eleven nieces and nephews; 20 great-nieces and nephews.There are no words to express how grateful and blessed our family is to the Advent Christian Village's skilled nursing and Good Samaritan Center in Dowling Park, FL, who were there for Rita throughout the last several years.

A gathering to honor and celebrate Rita will be held at a later date.
