Eva Cogbill Eastwood

Eva Cogbill Eastwood, age 92, of Little Rock, formerly of Pine Bluff, passed away Thursday, January 1, 2026.
Born at Star City on January 16, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Robert "Bob" McGriff and Farrie Vermillion McGriff.
She was a member of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church.
Mrs. Eastwood was predeceased by her two husbands, Jesse Cogbill and O. L. Eastwood. Also preceding her in death are siblings, Bobby McGriff, Author McGriff, EmoGene Reynolds, Irene Nowlin, Beatrice McGriff and Edna Nutt; and half-siblings, Ollie McRae, Monroe McGriff, Chester McGriff, Clyde McGriff, and Hoyt Pierce.
Survivors include her children, Carolyn Zeno and husband Lynn Zeno of Hot Springs and Ronnie Cogbill of Little Rock; a granddaughter, Erica Willson (Brent); a grandson, Matthew Maness; four great-grandchildren, Brayden McSimovich, Sloan Willson, Dylan Willson, and Charlie Willson; and her grand-dog, Scooter, who visited her every day and stayed for long periods of time.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 3, 2026 from 12:00 noon until 1:15 p.m. at Ralph Robinson & Son in Pine Bluff. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Harmony Cemetery in Jefferson County.
The family sends special thanks for Linda Benson, Javonne Mack, and others who went above and beyond their normal duties at Presbyterian Village Nursing Home.
