Funeral services for Eva Annette Hunt, 63, of Doyline, Louisiana will be held Monday, September 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at City On A Hill Pentecostal Church with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. Officiating will be Bro. Allen Jordan. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana.

Eva Annette was born June 5, 1962, in Ganado, Texas and went to be with her Lord and Savior September 24, 2025, in Minden, Louisiana. She was owner of an industrial cleaning service.

She was preceded in death by her son, Johnny Ray Potts (Jay) Jr., grandparents, Annie and Shorty McGuire, and father, Harold Sappington.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Hunt of Doyline, mother, Martha Sappington of Minden, daughters, Kelly Yarbrough (Erick) of Hallsville, Texas, Jennifer Potts of Minden, Tabithia Sappington of Oklahoma, and Lakrishia Steward of Hallsville, Texas, stepsons, Andrew Hunt of New York, Joseph Hunt of Little Rock, Arkansas, stepdaughter, Amy Hunt of Little Rock, Arkansas, sisters Tricia Jordan (Allen) of Minden, Mary Fox (Buck) of Driscoll, Texas, brother, Jessie Sappington (Lindey) of Driscoll, Texas, 18 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces nephews, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Ward, Kameron Sappington, Nicholas Brown, and Terry Frye.
