She was the steady hand during customer crises, an empathetic ear when one of us needed to vent, and the first to celebrate our triumphs, big or small. Nicki understood the unspoken language of our team, the knowing glances, the inside jokes, the shared understanding that came from navigating the ups and downs of our work lives together. We'll miss her unwavering spirit and her genuine kindness. But more than that, we'll miss the way she made us feel - like we belonged, like we were seen, and like we were all part of something truly meaningful. So very sorry to learn Nicki has passed, and of the struggle she endured. I will remember her forever smiling, and so sweet. My prayers continue for the entire family. May your faith in God stay strong, and the comfort of friends soften your pain.
