Evan Malone Blanton

We are sad to announce that Evan Blanton passed away peacefully on 26 September, 2023. Evan had a love for music, books and film throughout his life, and was a very talented musician. Evan's favorite instrument was bass guitar, but his talent was multi-faceted. Evan played with multiple rock bands over the years, and could often be found working on new songs. Evan loved to read, and growing up would insist on driving with the light on, whether it was a quick trip to the store or a road trip to Texas, so that he could read on the way. Evan's greatest passion was being a father. He loved spending time with his son, Camillo, who was the center of Evan's universe.
Evan is survived by his son, Camillo Blanton; his parents, David and Teresa Blanton; brother Kyle Blanton, his wife Brandy and their daughters, Avery and Harper; sister Aubrey Blanton and her husband Nick Yeung, and their daughter Isla.
