My siblings and I feel as though we have lost another brother in the loss of Evan. He was in our lives as long as we can recall. Both he and John and his parents.
One of the memories I recall with a laugh, is Evan driving us young teens home from Mt. Pleasant´s Youth Group, going down Goggins Lane. He´d always speed up before sailing down those two hills. It was like a little roller coaster, in his shiny June Bug green car. So many more fond memories.
Evan was fun, but serious when he needed to be. He was a gentleman, and I´m thankful I was able to talk to him Sunday.
We all have been blessed by knowing him, and you,John.
Evan´s soul is eternal. He has finished his coarse and moved forward to his next chapter. We do, however, grieve his absence. Our heartfelt sympathy to all THE McCORD FAMILY.
