Evander is preceded in death by his grandparents, Vander and Savannah Lowery, his parents, Amos Bell and Effie Mae Locklear both of Lumberton, NC.
He is survived by his daughter, LaDonna Jacobs of Lumberton, two brothers, Amos Bell, Jr., Warren Bell, both of Lumberton, three sisters, Linda Faye Olfhanay, Jennie Godwin of Lumberton, Shirley Cummings, of Red Springs, three grandchildren, Nicole Locklear, Tracy Locklear, Travis Locklear, and four great grandchildren.
