Evangeline Mancera Obituary
A native of Spartanburg, Evie was the daughter of Juan Pablo Lopez Mancera and Samantha Ann Burgess. She loved children, sharing a special bond with her niece and spending time as a substitute teacher. Evie was active and loved spending time in the outdoors and with her friends. Though she experienced many trials in her short life, Evie's spirit remained unbroken, evident through her contagious smile, loud laugh, comedic antics, and the way any room she walked into brightened instantly.
In addition to her parents, Evie is survived by her sisters: Leila Mancera, Rebecca Dunn, Chloe Dunn, and Isabelle Dunn; grandparents: Eddie and Sharon Burgess; and niece: Ella.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at Davenport Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, prior to the service, at Davenport Funeral Home.
Flowers are accepted.
The family is at their respective homes.
