Evelyn V. Lang, a loving mother, wife, grandmother, sister, aunt, and dear friend to many, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, surrounded by love and comfort. She was 85 years old.

Born on February 8, 1940, to Ambrose and Evelyn Shuster, Evelyn grew up with a strong sense of family, compassion, and dedication-values she carried throughout her life. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Lang, with whom she shared many wonderful years of marriage, love, and laughter.

Evelyn built a successful career as a real estate broker with WCD Realty in Woodbridge, where she was admired for her professionalism, integrity, and the genuine care she showed to every client and colleague.

Outside of work, Evelyn found great joy in her hobbies and creative pursuits. She had a special love for cats and never turned away a kitten in need-caring for every stray that crossed her path with tenderness and devotion. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and the gentle purrs of the cats she so lovingly cared for. Evelyn also took great pride in her talent for furniture building, creating beautiful and lasting pieces that reflected her craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Above all, Evelyn's greatest joy came from her family. She leaves behind her two loving children, John and Diane, who will forever cherish her warmth, strength, and guidance. Evelyn will be remembered for her kindness, creativity, quick wit, and the way she made everyone she met feel valued and loved.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m., at The Lehrer-Gibilisco Funeral Home, located at 275 West Milton Avenue, Rahway, NJ 07065.

Evelyn's legacy of love, compassion, and creativity will continue to inspire all who knew her.
