Evelyn J. Oblisk, age 84, of Randolph Township, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Akron City Hospital. She was born on March 29, 1941, in Atwater, Ohio, to the late Paul and Alice Maria (Robinson) Hadinger. So much so that her family affectionately joked that she was “famous.” A woman of many talents, Evelyn was an accomplished seamstress and took great joy in decorating beautiful cakes for family celebrations, including graduations, showers, birthdays, and weddings. Her creativity and generosity were evident in everything she did, and her care for others left a lasting impression on those who knew her. In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her son, Brian Oblisk; her infant daughter, Rebecca; and her siblings, Joanne King, Paul “Eddie” Hadinger, Dennis Hadinger, and Ronald Hadinger. She is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Oblisk; daughter-in-law, Lisa Oblisk; her cherished grandchildren, Jared (Victoria) Oblisk and Marissa Oblisk; and her brother, Larry (Ele) Hadinger.
