Everett Allen Obituary

Published by Legacy on Feb. 10, 2024.
Everette Ray Allen Senior "DAMN! Why wasn't I born rich instead of so damn good looking" arrived September 22, 1939, in Grove, Oklahoma during The Dust Bowl, The Great Depression and World War II. A life full of love, grit, fortitude, pride, dedication, success and boundless razor-sharp humor came to its close Wednesday, February 07, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Everette and Ramona J. Barlow's love developed in their youth, creating a bond that could not be broken by the fractures of life. Their marriage on June 12, 1958 in Long Beach, California began sixty-five years of dedication unmatched by most and envied by many. A career at McDonald Douglas Aviation provided opportunities for his family which were unimaginable at the time of his birth in hard hit rural Oklahoma, retiring after many professional advancements throughout a rapidly evolving thirty-eight-year career. He was an exceptional lifelong avid bowler, dedicated football lover and unflinching Rams fan!
Preceded in death by daughter, Bobbi Jean Allen, parents, Everette Alva and Helen Margaret (Lacy) Allen, siblings, Elwanda, Jimmy and Jerry Allen.
Survived by Ramona J. Barlow-Allen, son, Everette Ray Allen Jr., grandchildren, Samantha Brock, Everette Ray Allen III, Cassandra Kring, Candace Allen, Jeremy Allen, Matthew Kring, David Allen and sixteen great grandchildren.
"If there is something I hate, it's something I don't like."
