Everett Eugene Wagner, 73, of Bedford, peacefully entered into the presence of his Lord on December 14, 2025, at his home. He was born on November 12, 1952, in Bedford, Indiana, to the late Robert and Ruby Wagner. He married Susan Hall on June 9, 1974, in Mitchell, and she survives.

Everett was a member of Bedford First Baptist Church, Local UAW 440, and was a board member for the American Red Cross and United Way of Lawrence County. He graduated from Tunnelton High School in 1971 and worked as a Journeyman for General Motors. Everett enjoyed sailing, chess, and attending auctions, but most of all, he loved his family, spending time with his grandchildren, and attending all their events.

Surviving to cherish his memory is his wife, Susan Wagner; son, Aaron (Kasie) Wagner; grandchildren, Elijah Wagner and Savannah Wagner; and mother-in-law, Sara Hall.

Preceding Everett in death are his parents, Robert Wagner and Ruby Wagner.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne Family Funeral Homes, 818 18th Street, Bedford, Indiana. A private burial will take place at Greenhill Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice and the Bedford First Baptist Church Children and Youth Ministry.
