Evon was born November 21, 1951 to George Bowen & Ida V. Medley in Duluth, Georgia. She worked at Gary Holcomb Cleaners in Buford, GA, as a dry cleaning associate before she retired.
She leaves behind her son, Terry Kimbrel of Braselton; Christina, Bo, Kerianne, and Torie, all from Dacula; and her three great-grandsons, Zayden, Jett, and Debron. Also, her sisters, Gail Cheatham of Jefferson, Jane Simonton of Lawrenceville, Bernice Frederick of Lilburn, and Melissa Puckett of Braselton.
She's now an angel who's gone home to be with her dad, her mom, two brothers, two sisters, in-laws, and a bunch of nieces and nephews.
