To; Barry, Susan and Julie
I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. I have just learned of her passing. This Mark Knowles. I used to work for your Dad and "babysit " you guys. (Your Dad use to call me the "fun and games director ").
I know you were all very fortunate to have each other. What a wonderful family. Great memories of all of you!

Thank you, Maxine, for being such a loving, wise, gentle soul. I have loved my connection to you and your family as one of the treasures of my growing up in Weston. I always felt so welcome by you and your wonderful children, some of whom were my classmates or fellow girl scouts!

I would be at your memorial service if I was closer. Instead I send you heaps of my love and caring from a tiny village in The Black Forest in Germany where I have just moved to. Blessings always!

On behalf of The Cook Family, please accept our condolences on hearing about the passing of Maxine. Our parents Henry & Peggy Cook loved your Mom and Dad. They had many great times back in Boston and then on the Cape in Cotuit, spending time together which we treasured. I´m sure Hal, Henry & Peggy were there to welcome her to Heaven. God Bless!
