Faith Naomi Lockhart was born on August 7, 1980, in Camden, Arkansas to the union of Richard Lockhart, Sr., and Jearlene Holmes Lockhart. Faith was affectionately known as “Nay Nay.”
She was a graduate of Camden High School, class of 1998. Faith worked as a sales associate for Dollar General. She didn’t allow her work to overshadow the unconditional love she had for her children.
Faith enjoyed listening to R&B music, the Blues, and shopping but most of all, she loved to watch her son play sports. She was the biggest fan at his sports festivities and school functions. Faith was about family. She enjoyed every moment laughing, sharing stories, and creating precious memories.
Faith passed peacefully from this life on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at CHI St. Vincent in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Lockhart, Sr., and Jearlene Holmes Lockhart; and brother, Eric Lockhart.
Although she is no longer her in the physical, her spirit will live on in the hearts of her fiancé, Terry Wade of Hot Springs, Arkansas; her children, Dameeria Rogers of Camden, AR, Cullen Rogers of Conway, AR, Jarred Lockhart, Corey Lockhart, Jabauree Lockhart all of Camden, AR; three grandchildren; three sisters, Olivia Lockhart of Camden, AR, Dessarae Lockhart of Dallas, TX, and Sharetta Robinson of Virginia Beach, VA; two brothers, Richard Lockhart, Jr. of Camden, AR, Jerome Higgs of Fayetteville, AR; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Public visitation will be Friday, March 8, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home Van Buren, 119 Van Buren Street, Camden, Arkansas. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2024, at noon at Mt. Hebron Cemetery with Rev. Ronald Matheney, officiating.
