Graveside service for Mrs. Faye Adair, 86, of Anniston, will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Anniston Memorial Gardens. Rev. Todd Stewart will be officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00-1:45 p.m. on Sunday. After a life lived for her Lord and Savior, Mrs. Adair gained her Heavenly reward on Friday, October 22, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rayburn and Annie Ward Hyatt; and her husband, William "Bill" Adair.
Left to cherish the memory of Mrs. Adair are her three sons, Steve (Lee Ellen) Adair, Ricky (Valerie) Adair, and Alan (Karen) Adair; nine grandchildren, Hailee (Nick) Bonds, Adam Adair, Kevin (Brittany) Adair, Katie Adair, Emily Adair, Michael Adair, Lane Adair, Sasha Adair, and Caroline Adair; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Verna Mae (Dan) Hawk; numerous nieces and nephews; and one sister-in-law, Judy Lewis.
Mrs. Adair was an amazing Christian woman who was an example to so many. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, a loving sister and aunt, and a caring friend. To know Mrs. Adair was to love her and anyone that knew her would tell you that she had a servant's heart. In her spare time, Mrs. Adair enjoyed volunteering at Anniston RMC on Wednesdays as a Pink Lady, where she helped in the hospital gift shop. She also prepared meals for families during their time of bereavement and deliver them herself. Her greatest passion was her family and she loved them with all her heart. Mrs. Adair was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Saks where she was actively involved in her Sunday School class and the GJ's. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Steve, Rick, Alan and Families: Larry Jones here - your dad's first cousin - Lewis and Martha's son. It's been quite a few years since we've been in contact. But my wife and I wanted to let you know how sad we were to hear of your mom's passing. We always thought so much of her. Please know of our thoughts and prayers.
