Faye Mobley Obituary
Mrs. Mobley was born in Jamesville, NC, on September 13, 1938. She was the daughter of the late Viola and Georgie Martin. She was predeceased by her husband of 51 years Larry Mobley and one great grandchild, Layla Grace Almond.
She is survived by her two sons, Larry Mobley, Jr. and wife Michelle of Chesapeake, VA., and Martin Mobley of Powell's Point, NC. Five Grand Children: Brooke (Kevin) Almond, April (Kyle) Graham, Paige (Chad) Kozoyed, Slater Mobley, and Sawyer Mobley. Two Great Grandchildren, Sophia Thacker, and Merritt Graham. She is also survived by her brother, Eddie Martin, Jr. and wife Gail of Knightdale, NC, and their children Ed, Anna, Laura and their families.
Faye was a member of Avalon Church of Christ in Virginia Beach. A graveside service will be held 1pm, January 29, 2026 at Jamesville Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com
