Felecia leaves to hold loving memories in the hearts of her husband, Vernon C. Smith; Two daughters, Bambi Smith and Brandy Smith; Seven grandchildren: Niygie Brannon, Alira Goston, Talliyah Billington, Emma Phillips, Kimari Henley, Kimani Henley, and Reuben Phillips, Jr.; One great great grandson, Dakota Brannon; Seven sisters, and Four brothers, Jackie Kelley, Charlie Shuler, Jr.( ), Deacon James Shuler(Lisa), Clarence Shuler(Cherry), Sandra Boykin(Decan Willie), Fredrick Shuler(Yutta), Vanessa Shuler, Tashama McGee(Fred), Teresa Faulkner Shuler, Shawntell Shuler, and Stephanie Shuler, as well as other loving family and friends.
Those who preceded her in death: Father, Deacon Charlie Shuler, Sr., Mother, Emma J. Shuler, and Sister, Rosa J. Nattiel.
