Felicia Juan'e Lowe was born on a Sunday morning June 1st, 1975 in Kansas City, Missouri to Ludie Tate and Eric Lowe,
Sr. She was the youngest daughter of two girls and two boys. She was affectionately known as “Fee”, “FeeFee” or “Feelowe”
which she was called by at any given time. Felicia received her education in the Kansas City Missouri School public school system. Felicia accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior at an early age. She was a member first of
Welcome Baptist church, after that she became a member of Temple of Truth church under the leadership of Reverend
Frances Holmes, then Paster Barbara Henderson, and last but not least her first cousin Paster Gary Watts. She was currently
employed with the Kansas City Missouri School District.

Fee enjoyed life to the fullest even though life's challenges sometimes got in the way. She enjoyed hanging out with family
and friends and was a devoted Chiefs fan and the Royals which she displayed with making her hair color to reflect that
fact. She also loved being with her 2 grandchildren which made her proud. She also had a forgiving heart and would do
anything for her family and friends. Wherever the need you could always depend on her.
Fee departed this life on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Louvenia
Walker; maternal grandfather, Henry Walker; uncle, Henry Walker, Jr, better known as "Sonny" and also her niece, Takiya Love.

She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory and precious memories her two sons, Taquan Lindsey and Craig Green;
grandchildren, Ah'rhema Lindsey and Jaylon Savage; mother, Ludie Tate (James); father, Eric Lowe, Sr. (Betty); sisters,
Borita Love and Stephanie Anderson; brothers, Nathanial Love, Jr, Richard Lowe "Tony", and Eric Lowe, Jr.; special
nieces, Rekeisha Steward, Shila Steward, and Cellie Steward, and a host of nephews, cousins, many other relatives, and
friends not mentioned, but not forgotten.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday June 17, 2023, Visitation will be from 9 A.M. - 11 A.M. with services beginning at 11 A.M. at Temple of Truth Baptist Church 7900 Westridge rd. Kansas City, Mo 64133.

Internment : Lincoln Cemetery
