Felicia Darnette Walters, 63, passed away on Friday, April 19th, 2024.
Felicia was born in Wayne, Michigan, on August 18th, 1960. She graduated from Andress High School in 1978, earned a degree in Psychology, and went on to work for the military as a Budget Analyst. Felicia would later marry the love of her life, Thomas, in 2002.
Felicia worked in El Paso, at Joint Task Force North (JTF-N) on Fort Bliss military installation as a Budget Analyst. In late 2006, she moved to Maryland to work as a Logistics Management Analyst at the Pentagon in Washington D.C., where she retired in April 2011. She loved attending music concerts from jazz to classic rock, collecting a variation of plants, sculptures, and picture frames, and painting many beautiful portraits of animals and scenery.
Felicia leaves behind her husband of twenty-four years, Thomas Walters, and her sons, Jacoby, and Ethan.
Visitation will take place from 11:00 - 1:00 PM with Prayer Service at 12:00 PM, on Friday, May 03, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Homes- Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass. Committal Service will follow at 2:00 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
