To the family of Felix Bergara,
May express to his family my deep sympathy in the death of my friend, Felix, whom we worked for many years with the Police Department of Galveston.
Felix commanded the respect and esteem of those he served. His devotion to his profession and his loyal service won for him the regard and admiration of all his associates.
To his family, whose lost is irreparable, I send my sincere sympathy.
