Felix Wolak, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on August 31, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.
Felix was a devoted husband and father whose kindness, dedication, and hard work touched all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife, Stella Wolak, and his daughter and son-in-law, Sylvia and Francisco Sotelo. He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Robert Wolak, who passed away in 2013.
Felix dedicated 44 years of service to Saint Elizabeth Hospital, where his strong work ethic and generosity of spirit left a lasting impact on colleagues and friends alike. Outside of work, he found joy in working on homes, always eager to lend a hand and share his talents.
To his family and countless friends, Felix was more than just a hardworking man—he was a source of love, laughter, and loyalty. Everyone who met him felt his warmth and friendship.
Felix’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him deeply, and he will be dearly missed.
