Prayers and thanks to the family for Fevzi! I worked with Fevzi at Honeywell and it was a special gift to know him. He was intense and honest. I saw him again in life when he played on a soccer team with my son Bjorn. He was a special person, I am thankful for having known him.

Kate, I am so sorry. I cannot believe that I will not see Fevzi at the coffee machine in the morning here at Honeywell. It was a joy to work with Fevzi. He had the patience to put up with my frequent questions and the knowledge to answer them. I apologize for missing the service; we were out of town and just returned last evening. You are in our prayers.

I was so shocked to hear the news about Fevzi this past week. I was his manager for a period of time while employed at Honeywell and we had many long, energized technical IT debates & discussions over the years. I learned a great deal from Fevzi. He was always fair, respectful & honest...very good character traits. Kate, he spoke so highly of you and his family. I know his warm, tender heart will be missed deeply around Honeywell and throughout the family & friends.

When you lose someone you love, a part of yourself is lost. What remains forever is the love you shared. I was secretary at Cedarvale for many years. My husband and I consider Fevzi a friend. He was a competitor but fun was always the priority. We shared many life stories. He truly was one of the Good Guys. He will be missed. Our deepest sympathies for his family and friends.

Kate, My most sincere sympathy and prayers go to you and all of Fevzi's family. Will really miss his wit and the way he cared about others. It won't be the same not seeing him around Honeywell and at the Gopher Women's Basketball games. Also, I will remember all the times the three of us called each other "Sweetie".

My deepest sympathy to all of Fevzi's loved ones. He had such an infectious personality and twinkle in his eye. He demonstrated such a positive work ethic. I just went over and stood in his cube and had a moment of silence and prayed for your strength during these very difficult days. Some of us had lunch with him on Thursday in our not so famous cafeteria:) But I am thankful for that time.
God Bless you
