Florence Dearolf

Florence Dearolf, age 73, of Bethel Park on February 22, 2025.
Born on May 3, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Catherine Dearolf.
Florence was the beloved mother of Richard (Jennifer) Kaltreider; loving grandmother of 3, Kristen (Jonathan) Santoro, Emily Kaltreider and Ryan Kaltreider; great grandmother of Hadley Grace Santoro; dear sister of Colleen Dearolf, Patrick Dearolf, Michelle Sidoruk, Valerie Endy, the late Loretta Dearolf and Mary Goodwin; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Florence's interests spanned from the written word to the stage, and her love for the arts was only rivaled by her deep compassion for animals, particularly cats. A lifelong enthusiast of music, film, and theater. Florence had a special fondness for ballet. Her appreciation for the arts enriched her life, as well as the lives of those fortunate enough to share in these passions with her.
Above all, Florence's greatest joy was found in her commitment to helping others. She was a dedicated volunteer and spent countless hours at two local area hospitals starting out as a candy striper and then moving onto becoming a medical assistant, while also helping at Animal Friends on a regular basis. Florence's spirit of giving touched many lives.
