It is very sad to hear this about Florence. Florence was a consummate professional and a wonderful person to work with. She was a key employee in Worksite Health at HealthPartners. She was the heart and soul of our EAP program. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her as did all of her colleagues. She led a good life and will be missed here but will undoubtedly be in a better place.

I met Florence many years ago through her sister Phyllis. It has been said "in memory yet green" and it is so. My deepest sympathy extends to the entire Family. Life can be wandering in a desert at times but the oasis of people who shine like the Fadell sisters stands out like beacons of delight and light. Life's currents bring us together and wash us apart, but grace and smiles can follow us for a lifetime. Florence was such a grace and smile. Sadly, I have a meeting with the Mayo Clinic and will not be able to attend the funeral mass. They tell me I will follow Florence soon, a prospect that I will continue to argue with. I promise my prayers will be offered for the repose of her soul and for strength for her family. When I see her next, we'll have a good laugh together and watch our families as we dance before the celestial throne.
Christus Regnat, Christus Vincit, Cristus Imperat!
May the angels lead her into paradise, and the martyrs meet her at the gate.
Regards and Prayers
