So very sorry to hear this. I've spoken with Flo many times over the years of working with ARC. Always pleasant and we would always make each other laugh. Flo will be missed by many and deepest condolences to her family and many dear friends.

I worked with Flo, for many years. She was always helpful, friendly and humorous. I enjoyed our conversation over the years. I lucky enough to have spoken with her a few days before her passing. She was upbeat and having a good day.

I worked with Flo for many years. She was always so helpful and assisted so many families in need. She was my go to person when it came to understanding Greene County geography. I always knew I could count on her to make it possible for people to get transportation to programs in Greene County.

I have worked with Flo for the past 8 years in the Transportation Department. Flo had a soft spot for many of those that worked with her and the people that we support in The Arc Mid-Hudson. Flo had many challenges that she met in preforming such a challenging job, but she always came through. It was truly an honor to work with her and be a part of her life. Her loss is a great one and she will be missed. My sincerest condolences to her family and friends in this difficult time.

I've spoken with Flo on countless occasions at work and she was always patient, helpful and reliable. I will miss hearing her answer the phone in her characteristic style, I'm sorry for her loss and I send my condolences to her family and friends in this difficult time.

I did not know Flo well, even though we have both worked at Arc Mid Hudson for many years. We worked in two different departments in two different counties and rarely crossed paths in person, but what I loved about her is that she always came through. If I sent her an email with a question, she always answered it and her answer was always accurate. If I needed her help with something, her cooperation could always be counted on. She was reliable and solid and I always thought that under her no-nonsense demeanor was a soft and compassionate heart. I am sorry for your loss and I am sorry for ours! She will be dearly missed here.

I have know Flo for almost 17 years. I am in the IT department. I pretty much have always handled all of the IT needs in Catskill. I spend Tuesday up there. Every Tuesday morning, I go in to transportation and say good morning "boss" to her. She would laugh. I would sit down at the other desk, drink my coffee and go over her IT needs or just have some good conversation. I have done this for years with her. This I am really going to miss.
