Florence Marie Gustafson of Wenatchee passed away peacefully on November 5, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with illness.
Born on a crisp autumn day in The Dalles, Oregon, on October 23, 1933, Florence was the daughter of Milton and Eulene Sutten. She later met the love of her life, Roland M. Gustafson, and the two were married on May 9, 1951. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised three wonderful children-Candace, Roland, and Paula.
Florence worked for France & Co. until her retirement in 1990. To those who knew her, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a dear friend whose warmth and kindness touched so many lives.
Florence was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roland, and her son, Roland Jr. She is survived by her daughters Candy Armstrong and Paula (Stan) Jack; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Arrangements are in the care of Jones & Jones~Betts Funeral Home, Wenatchee.
