Florence Gertrude Lieberman
March 28, 1928 – November 22, 2025
Florence (Flo), a longtime resident and farm owner in Powell, passed away, at the age of 97, in the Powell Valley Care Center. She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and although she loved living in the country, she still considered herself “a city girl”. In addition to working with Louis on their farm in the North End, she worked in a legal office and at the Powell Senior Center. For many years she served in the Rebeccah Lodge and more recently has enjoyed outings with the Red Hat Ladies.
She was preceded in death by her husband Louis and daughter Ellen. She leaves to mourn her, son Scott, relatives around the world, and many friends in the area. The family requests no flowers, but a donation to your charity of choice would be a fitting tribute.
The funeral will take place at Thompson Funeral Home on December 4 at 10:00 am. Reception to follow at 11:00 at the Powell Valley Care Center. Burial at the Beth Aaron cemetery next to the congregation at 2031 Broadwater Ave in Billings, Montana.
