Florence Ruscoe

Florence Ann Ruscoe, age 82, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025, in Palm Harbor, Florida.
Born on January 3, 1943, in Fairfield, Connecticut, Ann was the cherished daughter of Roy Howard Booska and Florence Lillian Bigelow. In June of 1981, she made Florida her home, where she built a fulfilling career with the United States Postal Service, serving for over 30 years. After retiring, she continued to serve her community as a School Crossing Guard with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Department for another decade.
Ann married the love of her life, Thomas H. Ruscoe, in LaFayette, Georgia in 1964. Together, they shared 47 wonderful years filled with love, laughter, and family. She was a devoted wife, a proud mother, and a joyful grandmother.
Ann was a passionate fan of the Tampa Bay Rays. She found joy in cooking and treasured time spent with her sisters, family, and friends. Her warmth, humor, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas. She is survived by her sons, LeRoy Ruscoe and Scott Ruscoe; grandchildren Courtney Ruscoe, Scott Ruscoe Jr., and seven other grandchildren who carry her legacy forward.
