Floy Bucy Obituary
Born October 20, 1933, in Larimer Township, PA, Mrs. Bucy was thew daughter of the late Irvin Murray and Vera (Petenbrink) Murray. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Bucy, her son Gary Bucy as well as five sisters and four brothers.
Marie loved flowers and enjoyed reading. She was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother.
Marie is survived by her son: Michael Bucy and wife, Teena; her daughter: Doris Smith and husband, Billie; her grandsons: Dalyn Sites and wife, JoAnn, Jason Bucy, Travis Bucy and wife, Christy, Colby Bucy wife, Amanda, Tyler Bucy and wife, Nikki, Casey Smith and wife Maddie, Travis Shaffer and wife, Melanie; two sisters: Jean Miller, Janet Hochard; as well as eight great-grandsons and six great-granddaughters.
Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, MD, on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. A Memorial Service will follow at 6:00 P.M. with Reverend Sue Cook officiating.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made in honor of Marie to: There Is A Santa 11616 Rolleville Rd, Mt Savage, MD 21545.
