Floyd Maytubbi Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bowser Family Funeral Home - Broken Bow on Apr. 19, 2023.
Floyd Tiny Maytubbi, age 59, passed away April 14, 2023, at Talihina, Oklahoma. He was born September 24, 1963, at Dallas, Texas, the son of John Quincy and Christie Belle Lewis Maytubbi.
Floyd was a loving father, and grandfather. He found happiness in the simplest things, like spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, and riding horses. His gentle nature and kind heart made him a treasured presence in the lives of those he loved.
A hardworking and dedicated employee, Floyd most recently worked at Tyson Food, where he was known for his strong work ethic and positive attitude. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and made lasting friendships with his coworkers.
In his free time, Floyd could often be found outdoors, enjoying the beauty of nature while fishing or riding his beloved horses. He also took great joy in playing with his loyal dog, who brought laughter and companionship into his life. The memories created during these cherished moments will forever remain in the hearts of his loved ones.
As we mourn the loss of Floyd, we also celebrate his life and the countless ways he touched the lives of others. His love, warmth, and kindness will never be forgotten, and his memory will live on through the family and friends he leaves behind. Rest in peace, dear Floyd, and know that you are deeply loved and will forever be missed.
Floyd was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, John Wayne Maytubbi and Quincy Maytubbi; sisters, Isabelle Ludlow, Eunice Gail Maytubbi, and Florence Ann Cameron.
Floyd is survived by his daughter and spouse, Janelle Ward and Gene Nelson; sister, Gwendolyn Joyce Maytubbi; special friend, Loretta Axton; grandchildren, Mandy Garcia, Maleah Shomo, Talia Nelson, Kris Nelson; great-grandchildren, German Percaz, Kaiser Percaz, Jasper Nelson; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at the Bowser Family Funeral Home Chapel.
