Floyd A. Miller, 85, of Ruffs Dale, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025. Born in Ruffs Dale on March 30, 1940, he was the son of the late Cecil and Evelyn (Poole) Miller. Floyd was a farmer and a diesel mechanic. He was a member of Glenwood United Methodist Church in Ruffs Dale and was an avid fan of cars. He is survived by his wife, Amy (Volk) Miller; sons, Anthony (Denise) Miller of Ruffs Dale and Ron Miller of Ruffs Dale; and sisters, Phyllis Hough, Barbara Depol, and Linda Marsh, all of Florida; as well as many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 22, 2025, in JAMES C. Additional viewing will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., with Pastor David Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery, Tarrs.
