"Bo" Floyd Nelson Woods, II, known affectionately as "Bo", passed away on June 15, 2024, in Union Point, GA. He was born on August 8, 1974, in Gainesville, GA. Bo was a skilled Carpenter who brought his craftsmanship and dedication to every project he undertook.
In his journey through life, Bo touched the hearts of many. He leaves behind a legacy that will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His passing is deeply felt by his surviving family and friends, including his sisters Ginger Backer, Chasity Duncan, Bridget Morris, brothers Ashley Duncan, Destre Pagsisihan, Stacy Porterfield, Gary Stewart, and Chad Duncan, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly.
Bo is preceded in death by his father Floyd N. Woods, mother Weida Finch Morris, and sister, Stormy Herrera. Although he will be greatly missed, the memories of Bo's kindness, humor, and hard work will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
May Floyd Nelson Woods, II rest in peace as his spirit continues to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him during his time with us.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 24, 2024 from 4-7 pm at Ivie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 3 pm at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with cremation to follow.
