Forest S. Ridener

RIDENER, Forest S., age 87, of Lincoln Park, April 16, 2025. Beloved husband of Patricia Ridener. Loving father of Dwayne Ridener (1962-2013) and Raymond (Kimberly) Ridener. Dear grandfather of Alex Ridener and Brett (Emily) Ridener. Forest was born in Estill, Kentucky and served four years in the United States Air Force as a radar technician, stationed in Germany. A graduate of RETS Electronics School, he spent his 34 years working career at Ford Motor Company, retiring as a Senior Electronics Technician. He was also a longtime HAM (K8RV) radio operator. Forest was known for his outsized appetite; he loved spending time with his family and traveling to see his beloved grandsons play hockey and baseball. He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Effie Ridener brothers William, Fred, Paul and his sister Sharon.
