Forrest Morris Obituary
He was born in Lizemore, West Virgina on August 5, 1933, to the late Elmer and Stella (Withrow) Morris.
Forrest was a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle and friend, who served his country in the armed services. He loved being outdoors walking through the woods of West Virgina, gardening and tinkering in his barn on various projects. He was a member of Triangle Baptist Church and Chatham VFW, participating in annual community parades, Apple Butter and Maple Syrup festivals with neighbors and friends.
Forrest is survived by his son, Les (Daisy) Morris and sister, Viola (Kester) Morton.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Carolyn (Mullins) and siblings,Alfred, Roland (Dessie) and Virgil (Margret).
Visitation will be Sunday, July 21, 2024 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Parker Funeral Home, 202 E. Main St., Spencer, OH, where his funeral service will be held Monday, July 22, 2024 at 11 a.m.
Pastor Jerry Clevenger will officiate.
Burial will follow at Spencer Cemetery.
