Fouad Farhan Tabash

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Fouad Farhan Tabash-a devoted husband, extraordinary father, cherished sedo (grandfather), and a gentle soul whose quiet strength touched countless lives. Fouad passed away peacefully on June 27, 2025, surrounded by his family, at the age of 78.
Fouad was the heart of our family. He lived with kindness, led with love, and gave generously- not only to those closest to him but to everyone he encountered. So many have echoed the same sentiment: "Your dad was like a second father to me." That says everything about the kind of man he was-present, loving, and deeply respected. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Rima, and three daughters-Kathy, Lilian, and Leslie-who were the light of his life. He was a proud and adoring sedo to Nicolas, Tiago, Savanah, Alister, and Ariana, and was deeply loved by his sons-in-law-Walter, Jason, and Eddie-who stood beside our family through everything. While we grieve his passing, we take comfort knowing he is now reunited with his beloved son, George, in eternal peace.
Though we feel the weight of his absence, Fouad's spirit lives on in the stories we share, the values he instilled, and the love he gave so freely. His legacy of faith, compassion, and devotion will continue to guide us always-because to know Fouad was to be loved by him.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax, VA 22032.
A funeral service to honor and celebrate his life will follow on Monday, July 7, at 10:00 AM at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 13807 Poplar Tree Road, Chantilly, VA 20151. Visitation will begin 30 minutes prior to the service.
Burial services will follow at Fairfax Memorial Park, 9900 Braddock Road, Fairfax, VA 22032.
