Frances "Franny" K. Raab, 78, of Nora, IL, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Neighbors Care Center in Byron, IL. Fran was born on August 22, 1947 in Delaware County, Ohio, the daughter of Richard and Elizabeth (Czeraki) Cutler. She married Keith Raab on June 29, 1967, in Stockton, IL. Fran enjoyed working at the Warren School District as part of the cafeteria staff. She began her career at Dura Automotive Systems, where she spent 40 years as a dedicated and hardworking employee. Even after retiring, she continued to stay active by working at Dollar General, always taking pride in the work she did. Fran had an adventurous spirit and a deep love for seeing the world. Some of her happiest memories were made while traveling, especially on the many cruises she enjoyed throughout her life. Additionally, she was a long-time member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Warren, IL.

Fran is survived by her son Christopher (Nicole) Raab of Warren, IL; granddaughters- Rebecca (Alex) Abordo of Pensacola, FL, Kimberlyn Raab of Macomb, IL, step-grandaughter Casey (Jeremia Hall) Williams of Orangeville, IL; step-grandson Tyler Williams of Stockton, IL; great-granddaughter Nova Williams; siblings- Patricia (Jim) Cahill, Sue Pettenger, Rick ( Bert ) Cutler, Jody (Marshall) Girton, Bobbie Forest, Micky (Rusty) Shreffler, Kathy (Mike) Shores, Mike (Stephanie) Murray, Lisa Price; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Fran was preceded in death by her parents, loving husband Keith on March 5, 2000, two brothers, Dan Cutler and Ron Murray, nephew Jeff Pettenger, and niece Colleen Cahill.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 9:00am-10:30am at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren, IL, with the rosary being recited at 8:30am.

Funeral service to be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the St. Ann Catholic Church in Warren, IL.

Father Andrew Hernandez to officiate.

Luncheon to follow at the church.

A memorial has been established in her name.
