Frances Bell, 86, of Galloway Twp. passed away on Nov. 30, 2025. Although born in Virginia, Fran spent most of her life in South Jersey. After graduating from Vineland HS, she went on to have a long career in the electronics industry, eventually retiring as a lead supervisor for Teledyne Corp's Defensive Electronics Division. Fran will always be remembered for her devotion to her family, dedication to her faith and for the generosity extended to the friends she loved dearly. Her quick-witted humor that brought laughter to many, her creativity that she shared with all and her gift of time by volunteering at church will keep her memory alive forever. Fran is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Paul Bell Jr., siblings, Frank Graves (Chiqui), and Alberta O'Connor (Jim), her daughter, Charlene Hayes Gabriel (Mark), and daughter-in-law, Karen (Minio) Hayes. She is predeceased by her son Jeffrey F. Hayes. Fran found great joy spending time with her grandchildren Vincent, Michelle, and Damian Spitelli, Jennifer and Victoria Hayes, Dylan, and Cole Gabriel; and felt especially blessed to be the great-grandmother to Avina Bowman. She is also survived by nieces Karen (Hudson) Wick (Matt), Teri Hudson and nephew, Joe Hudson (Kelly); and was truly loved by so many friends and extended family. Fran will be missed but never forgotten. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Friday December 12th, at Absecon United Methodist Church, 100 Pitney Rd., Absecon 08201, at 11 am with visitation starting at 10 am.
