Frances L. Campbell was born February 10, 1950 to Charlie West Jr. & Mercie D. West in Gibsland, Louisiana. Frances accepted Christ at an early age at All Nation Pentecostal Church. She continued her commitment of services at Holy Redeemer Institutional Church of God in Christ until God called her home.
Frances was gainfully employed with Milwaukee County Transit System for 33 Years until she retired. Frances was an avid donor of many charities. She also had a passion for sewing, home improvement and telling it like it was. Frances took great pride in caring for her properties and teaching her grandkids and whoever wanted to learn her skills. After her retirement she really enjoyed spending time gardening and taking care of her yard so much she was nominated and received an award for best yard onward for her block. Frances also loved shopping and spending time with her family and friends with a nice dinner following.
Frances departed this life on December 07,2025 preceded in death by both her parents, Charlie and Mercie West. Her brothers Ronnie and Johnathan West. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her daughters, Rena West, Yvette Campbell and Pleshette Campbell. Her siblings, Michael West and sisters, Cheryl and Janice West. 12 Grandchildren, 11 Great grandchildren and a host of Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and many family and friends.
Visitation will be held Krause Funeral Home, 7001 West Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a Service to follow.
